The Precision Production Process

Mixing & Feeding: Melted marshmallow and crispy rice cereal are evenly mixed and automatically fed into the moulding system.
Precise Moulding: Mixture is precisely deposited into custom moulds with hydraulic or mechanical pressure for consistent density and shape.
Cooling & Setting: Moulded treats pass through a cooling tunnel to set firmly and maintain shape.
Demoulding & Ejection: Set treats are automatically ejected from moulds onto a conveyor.
Packaging Ready: Uniformly shaped treats are discharged for direct connection to wrapping or packaging equipment.
